Ethiopia Sidama Degefu Mulugeta Duwancho 74158 Natural
We recommend letting the coffee rested for at least 10 days before brewing, though our roastery considers the ideal resting period to be 3 weeks or more.
We hope you enjoy experiencing how the coffee's flavor evolves throughout the process.

This is the Ethiopia Bursa Coffee Duwancho 74158 Natural.
Led by Mulugeta Muntasha—a renowned producer in the Arbegona region of Ethiopia—and his son Degefu Mulugeta Muntasha, the name "Bursa Coffee" originates from a fragrant tree used for incense in the Sidama region. Degefu, who joined the business after graduating from university, is now leading a new generation for Bursa by advancing their production and processing systems with a focus on specialty coffee.
Both domestically and internationally, the producer is likely better known as Mulugeta Muntasha, famous for winning the Cup of Excellence (CoE), rather than by the name Bursa Coffee.
My first encounter with his coffee was a few years ago at New Wave Coffee in Yangcheon-gu. I still vividly remember the incredibly distinct notes of strawberry, rose, and tropical fruit from that time. Unfortunately, I haven't quite found that same level of quality since.
While this coffee may not completely replicate the thrill I felt back then, I believe it shares a very similar underlying character.
Finding an Ethiopian Natural at a decent price this year has been incredibly difficult. Fortunately, the importer offered this coffee at a fantastic rate, allowing me to introduce it at such a reasonable price.
It features aromas of rose, hibiscus, and mixed berries, accompanied by charming flavor notes of plum, mixed berries, florals, and cane sugar (or honey water).
